All players must treat each other with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, personal attacks, or any behavior that intentionally creates a hostile or toxic environment is strictly prohibited.

Do not post inflammatory, provocative, or divisive content that may trigger disputes.

所有玩家应相互尊重。严禁任何形式的骚扰、霸凌、歧视、人身攻击，或故意制造敌对、恶意环境的行为。

不得发布可能引发争端的煽动性、挑衅性或分裂性内容。

Do not destroy, modify, or steal from other players' builds, items, land, or any placed objects, including signs, item frames, and similar items, without explicit permission.

未经明确许可，不得破坏、修改或窃取其他玩家的建筑、物品、领地或任何已放置的物件，包括告示牌、物品展示框及类似物品。

Do not post, upload, or build content that is sexually suggestive, R18/R18G explicit, extremely offensive, hateful, psychologically disturbing, or otherwise seriously inappropriate for the community.

Additionally, if a player publicly requests to avoid a specific topic or type of content, and the admin team confirms that request via an official announcement, then that content must not be actively displayed in the server's public chat, the main group chat, or inside that player's marked private area. If displayed in public spaces, a clear content warning CW must be placed at the entrance. Violations will result in a warning and removal of the content; repeated refusal will be treated as targeted harassment and may result in a ban.

禁止发布、上传或建造以下内容：性暗示、R18/R18G 露骨内容、极端冒犯性内容、仇恨内容、精神污染内容，或其他令社区成员严重不适的题材。

此外，若某位玩家公开请求回避特定话题或内容，且管理组已通过官方公告确认该请求，则不得在服务器公屏、主群聊天或该玩家明确标记的私人领地内主动展示相关内容。如在公共区域展示，入口处必须设置清晰的内容警告 CW。违反者将受到警告并被要求移除内容；拒不改正的，视为恶意骚扰，可予以封禁。

Threats, doxxing, leaking private information, scams, targeted harassment, or any attempt to harm others outside the game are strictly prohibited. The server has a zero-tolerance policy for doxxing and real-life threats. Once verified, the offender will be permanently banned and removed immediately, without prior warning.

严禁威胁、人肉搜索、泄露隐私、诈骗、针对性骚扰，或任何试图在游戏外伤害他人的行为。本服对开盒及现实威胁采取零容忍政策；一经核实，立即永久封禁并清退，不作事先警告。

Do not use unauthorized clients, cheats, exploits, bugs, automation tools, or any method that gives unfair advantages or negatively affects other players' experience.

不得使用未经授权的客户端、作弊程序、漏洞利用、BUG、自动化工具，或任何能够获得不公平优势、影响其他玩家体验的方法。

Actions that harm server performance or interfere with others' normal gameplay are prohibited, including but not limited to: running excessive lag machines, abusive automation, spamming, or intentionally causing system issues.

For example, do not turn on cobblestone generators irresponsibly; if such action causes storage overflow, the admin team will issue a warning and require you to clear the excess. Repeated violations will lead to a ban.

禁止损害服务器性能或干扰他人正常游戏的行为，包括但不限于：运行过度卡服机器、滥用自动化设施、刷屏，或故意引发系统故障。

例如，请勿随意开启刷石机；若因此导致仓库溢出，管理组将予以警告并要求自行清理溢出库存，多次违规者将面临封禁。

The server whitelist is tied to your membership in our main communication group (QQ/Discord). Leaving the main group voluntarily, or being permanently banned, will be treated as giving up your play rights, and your whitelist will be removed immediately.

If you leave accidentally, such as by misclick, account theft, or unfair kick, you may rejoin within 7 days with valid identity verification, such as your previous group account or other proof. Your in-game data will remain untouched. If you do not return within 7 days, your account will be considered permanently abandoned, and we will clear your claimed land, chests, and inventory. All cleared resources will be moved to the public event warehouse and will not be returned individually.

服务器白名单与本服主要交流群（QQ/Discord）资格强制绑定。主动退出主群或被永久封禁，将被视为放弃游戏资格，游戏白名单也会立即撤销。

若因误操作、账号被盗或遭恶意踢出等情况误退，可在退出群聊后 7 天内凭有效身份验证重新申请加群，例如原进群账号或其他证明；游戏数据将保持不变。超过 7 天未回归的，将视为永久弃权，并清理领地权限、箱子及背包物品。所有清理出的资源将转入公共活动仓库，不再单独返还。

In these rules, a ban refers to the suspension of whitelist access to the server and is divided into two levels:

• Temporary ban: lasts for 3 days and will be automatically lifted after that period.
• Permanent ban: the whitelist is revoked and the player is removed from the main communication group.

本规则所称“封禁”，是指暂停玩家访问服务器白名单的权限，分为两个等级：

• 短期封禁：期限为 3 天，期满后自动解封。
• 永久封禁：同步撤销白名单，并清退出主交流群。

Please respect the decisions of the admin team. If you disagree with a decision, discuss it through proper channels, such as private message to admins, rather than creating conflict in public spaces.

请尊重管理组的决定。如对某项裁定有异议，应通过私信等正式渠道沟通，而不是在公共场合制造冲突。

This list cannot cover every possible misbehavior. If any action clearly damages the experience of others or violates the spirit of the server, even if not explicitly stated above, staff may take appropriate actions. Such decisions will be made collectively by the admin team and recorded for review.

本规则无法穷尽所有不当行为。若某行为明显损害其他玩家的体验或违背本服务器精神，即使未在上述条款中明确列出，管理组仍可依据本条采取合理措施。相关处置需经管理组集体讨论，并留存处理依据备查。

The final interpretation and enforcement of these rules rest with the Motiquies admin team. We reserve the right to update, amend, or issue supplementary rules as needed. Major changes will be announced in the group announcement / Rules channel and will take effect 72 hours after the announcement.

All members are considered to have acknowledged and agreed to the changes after that period; “I didn’t know” will not be accepted as an excuse. When exercising discretion, the admin team shall base its decisions on these written rules and keep relevant evidence for future reference.

本规则的最终解释权与执行权归 Motiquies 管理组所有。管理组有权根据运营需要对规则进行增补、修订或发布补充条款。重大变更将通过群公告或 Rules 频道公示，并在公告发布 72 小时后生效。

公示期满后，视为全体成员已知悉并同意变更；“不知道”不作为抗辩理由。管理组行使裁定权时，应以本规则的书面内容为依据，并保留相关证据以备查阅。
